
Recently me and my dad have been cooking a lot of seafood and we purchased some this week to make fish tacos. Over all they were really good the fish was very flavorful and it all worked well together( the whole thing being the fish lettuce onions and the tortilla)
Imgredients
- 1lb of white fish( we used mahi mahi)
- 1 package of tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1/2 onion diced
- About 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 package of seasoning ( we had a seafood seasoning)
Instructions
- We grilled out fish for about 4 minutes on each side at 300 degrees
- While the fish was grilling we chopped the vegetables and waited
- Then we shredded the fish into chunks and strands and assembled the tacos
I love me some grill fish tacos, never used onions though. A good lime and hot sauce is it.

Seafood tacos in general are too good! Love when seafood tacos come with some spice and a kick!
